Rambler Sparkling Water is hiring a Field Sales Manager to drive retail and distribution growth across the Pacific Northwest, with a focus on Portland. You'll serve as a key brand ambassador, growing Rambler's presence across Grocery, Class B, Independents, and Foodservice/On-Premise channels.
Responsibilities include building retailer relationships, securing new distribution partners, managing existing distributor accounts, coordinating with third-party merchandising teams, executing in-store demos, and supporting local event activations.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You know how to push boundaries respectfully and execute with confidence. Strong communication skills are a must. Portland-based with beverage industry experience and a solid understanding of the PNW grocery landscape. This role is anchored in Portland but will support additional markets as Rambler continues to expand across the region.
