- Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
- Develop key performance indicators (KPIs), tools, and dashboards to streamline business processes and enhance productivity.
- Conduct ad hoc data analysis and craft presentations for high-stakes reviews.
- Build data-driven business cases to guide decision making throughout the organization.
- Ships product samples to new distributors and retailers as needed

- Bachelor's degree in analytics related field: e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain
- Possesses a mastery of Excel as well as good knowledge of statistical principles
- Experience with data tools including Power BI, Knack Spins, VIP, KARMA and other CPG distribution reporting systems.
- 1-3 years of experience or equivalent with coding (Python, preferred within the pandas library)
- 1-3 years of CPG experience preferred
- 3+ years of prior business analyst experience
- Bachelor's degree in analytics related field: e.g., Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, Supply Chain
- Startup experience, doesn’t mind getting in the weeds and doing what needs to be done.
